At HCA HealthONE, we are proud of the positive impact our colleagues have on our patients, our communities and each other. This newsletter celebrates the many ways our organization improves more lives in more ways.

May is a time when we celebrate mothers, babies, and the extraordinary journeys that shape families. It is also a reminder of the importance of providing safety, comfort, and compassionate care to both moms and babies during life’s most meaningful moments. In this month’s HCA HealthONE newsletter, we’re honored to share patient stories that reflect the compassion, expertise, and specialized maternal, fetal, neonatal, and pediatric care provided across our system.

For families facing high-risk pregnancies, unexpected diagnoses, or long NICU journeys, every moment matters. Access to experienced, coordinated care can bring comfort, hope, and critical support during life’s most emotional and uncertain times. Across HCA HealthONE hospitals, care teams walk alongside patients and families every step of the way, providing not only advanced clinical care but also reassurance and connection when it’s needed most. In 2025, HealthONE hospitals helped families welcome more than 12,800 babies into the world, a reflection of the trust families place in our teams and hospitals.

In conjunction with our clinical partners and specialized outreach teams, which include a dedicated transport program, AirLife, HCA HealthONE is committed to supporting our partners locally and regionally to provide acute care resources and facilities to send critical patients. HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke’s and Rocky Mountain Children’s received more than 550 maternal transports and 200 neonatal transports in 2025. HCA HealthONE also supports education and teaching by hosting physicians, nurses, and other care team members in their high acuity facilities to allow for direct experience and relationship building. In 2025, we had more than 15 individuals join us in Denver.

The patient experiences in this issue showcase how coordinated care, innovation, and compassion helped families navigate unexpected journeys and celebrate remarkable milestones.
